Welcome to Wixpod Privacy Policy! Here we will explain how we collect, store, protect and share your information, and with whom we do it.
While you are enjoying the Wixpod mobile application (including the desktop version) ("App"), our websites and microsites (such as wixpod.com) or using our digital products and services (such as our contests or surveys) (together , referred to in this Privacy Policy as our "Sites"), we collect certain information about you. Additionally, you may use the App or Sites to share information with other users, including your friends and contacts ("Users"). We may have to share your information in some cases.
The Wixpod Application and Websites are global and your information will be sent and used in the many countries regardless of the country in which you reside. This Policy describes how we protect your personal information when it is transferred, so please read it carefully.

When you download the App and create an account ("Account"), we may collect certain information ("Registration Information") about you, such as:

Phone number;
Country Code
You will also be required to create a password in connection with registering your Account. Once you register, you can review and change this information at any time by simply logging into Wixpod. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date. If you change your phone number, be sure to update it in your account The information we collect helps strengthen the App and verify our Users (robots are not welcome). Registration Information such as your name and username, Country Code and Phone unmber, may be visible to other Users on your profile page.

We recommend and ask you to reflect on what information is revealed. In the same way, we advise against publishing email accounts, full names and any type of personal information in the profile of so that it is open and accessible to possible abuse or misuse.
App Tracking Transparency
Our app respects your privacy and provides transparency regarding the tracking practices it employs. With the introduction of Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, users now have more control over how their data is tracked and shared across apps and websites. Here's how our app handles tracking:
If you decide to purchase any of our premium services, we will process your payment information and retain it securely to prevent fraud and for audit or tax purposes.
Wixpod uses automated decision-making as part of its anti-fraud procedures to prevent fraudulent payment transactions. To do this, our systems review payment transactions that may indicate a breach of our Terms of Services. If a transaction meets certain criteria that demonstrate that the Terms of Services may have been breached, the transaction will be automatically blocked. If a transaction is blocked, affected users will be notified that their transaction could not be processed and they can contact Wixpod to dispute the decision.
We may collect information about the device on which you use the App including device identifier, model, operating system and MAC addresses for a number of purposes, as set out in this policy.
We may record how you use the links available on Eypop including third party services, collecting clicks and other data. Additionally, we may share statistics about this data, such as the number of times a link is selected.
If you contact our User Service Team through our email contact@oriconaccess.com we will receive your email address, the information you send us to help you resolve your query and we may locate your IP address. We will keep a copy of the communications you send us as well as the complaints you have made about other users (and also those you have received).
When you visit our Sites or when you use our App, we may collect your personal data automatically through the use of cookies or similar technologies. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device or browser that allows us to recognize and remember you. Ads appearing on our App may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.
